06. Registering yourself or someone else for an event

Objective

To guide team members on how to register participants for ServiStar Consulting's events efficiently and accurately.

Key Steps

  1. Log in: Access the website using login credentials.
  2. Choose Events: Navigate to the events section to view available options.
  3. Select Event: Choose the desired event from the list.
  4. Review Details: Read through the program description to understand what the event offers.
  5. Registration:
    1. Specify the number of attendees.
    2. You can register yourself or someone else.
    3. Select the appropriate series (e.g., fall series).
    4. Add the event to the cart.
  6. Checkout:
    1. Proceed to the standard checkout process.
    2. Choose payment method (credit card or invoicing).
  7. Confirmation:
    1. Upon completion, you’ll receive a confirmation email.
    2. If you registered someone else for the event, they will also receive a confirmation email.
    3. We will also receive a confirmation email.
  8. Post-Registration:
    1. We will send registrants the necessary calendar invites and program information.
    2. Receive necessary documents and resources.
    3. Accept calendar invites for sessions.

  • Ensure accurate selection of the event and series.
  • Double-check attendee count before proceeding to checkout.
  • Verify payment details to prevent errors in invoicing.
