06. Registering yourself or someone else for an event
Objective
To guide team members on how to register participants for ServiStar Consulting's events efficiently and accurately.
Key Steps
- Log in: Access the website using login credentials.
- Choose Events: Navigate to the events section to view available options.
- Select Event: Choose the desired event from the list.
- Review Details: Read through the program description to understand what the event offers.
- Registration:
- Specify the number of attendees.
- You can register yourself or someone else.
- Select the appropriate series (e.g., fall series).
- Add the event to the cart.
- Checkout:
- Proceed to the standard checkout process.
- Choose payment method (credit card or invoicing).
- Confirmation:
- Upon completion, you’ll receive a confirmation email.
- If you registered someone else for the event, they will also receive a confirmation email.
- We will also receive a confirmation email.
- Post-Registration:
- We will send registrants the necessary calendar invites and program information.
- Receive necessary documents and resources.
- Accept calendar invites for sessions.
Cautionary Notes
- Ensure accurate selection of the event and series.
- Double-check attendee count before proceeding to checkout.
- Verify payment details to prevent errors in invoicing.
