07. Registering multiple participants for an event
Objective
The objective of this SOP is to guide team members on how to register multiple participants for an event using the online platform efficiently.
Key Steps
- Log in: Ensure you are logged into the platform to expedite the registration process.
- Choose Events: Navigate to the events section to view available options, including event bundles and single events.
- Select Event: Choose the specific event you want to register participants for, e.g., Service Excellence workshop.
- Select Number of Participants: Increase the number of participants to be registered for the event.
- Add to Cart: Add the selected number of participants to the cart and proceed to checkout.
- Complete Purchase: Pay for the selected seats using a corporate card or request an invoice for payment.
- Access Client Hub: After the purchase is confirmed, access the client hub from the lower left-hand side or your profile.
- Manage Events: In the client hub, select "Manage Events" to view the purchased event.
- Assign Participants: Choose the participants from your team and assign them to specific event dates within the client hub.
- Confirmation: After assigning participants, they will receive confirmation emails with event details, including calendar invitations and guides.
Cautionary Notes
- Ensure all participants' details are accurately entered during the registration process.
- Double-check the event dates and the number of participants before finalizing the registration.
Tips for Efficiency
- Consider purchasing event bundles for discounts if registering for multiple events.
- Keep track of the number of seats purchased and assigned to avoid overbooking or missing registrations.
- Encourage participants to check their emails for event confirmation and details promptly.
