05. How to purchase and assign unlimited Learning Library access
Objective
To guide team members on how to purchase unlimited learning library access for the organization and assign courses to team members.
Key Steps
- Log in to the platform and choose "Courses."
- Scroll down and select "Unlimited Course Access for Organizations."
- Choose the appropriate pricing based on your organization's asset size and click on "Purchase Course Access."
- Complete the checkout process.
- Go to the Client Hub in the lower left-hand side of your login screen. You can also access the Client Hub by selecting your profile and choosing "Client Hub".
- Once you're in your Client Hub, select "Manage Courses."
- Under "Unlimited Course Access," choose "Assign Course."
- Select the user(s) you want to assign access to and click on "Save."
- Assigned users can now log in and access all courses under "My Courses" in their dashboard.
Cautionary Notes
- Ensure to select the correct pricing based on your organization's asset size.
- Double-check the users you are assigning course access to before saving.
Tips for Efficiency
- Keep track of the courses purchased and assigned to team members.
- Regularly review and update course assignments based on team members' needs.
- Communicate with team members about the availability of new courses in the Learning Library.
